Role and Responsibilities:

As a K–12 Campus Teacher, you will design and deliver standards-aligned instruction that drives measurable student achievement. You will foster a positive classroom culture, use data to inform instruction, and actively contribute to a high-performing school environment.

Plan and deliver engaging, rigorous lessons aligned to curriculum standards.
Assess student learning through formative and summative evaluations.
Analyze academic data to adapt instruction and improve student outcomes.
Create a structured, inclusive classroom environment that promotes high expectations.
Provide timely feedback to students to support academic growth.
Collaborate with colleagues, instructional leaders, and families to support student success.
Participate in professional development, coaching, and school-wide initiatives.
Model professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to deliver effective instruction in a K–12 classroom setting.
Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
Ability to analyze student data and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Commitment to educational equity and student achievement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching certification or eligibility for certification.
Experience working in a high-performing or mission-driven school environment.
