Role and Responsibilities:

In your role as an Teaching Professional, you will deliver dynamic, standards-aligned instruction and foster a classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, respect, and learning. You will work in partnership with colleagues to implement educational programs that enhance student development and achievement.

Plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
Provide differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs
Track and evaluate student progress through formal and informal assessments
Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff to support academic success
Collaborate with teachers to develop interdisciplinary learning opportunities
Participate in professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging students and colleagues
Commitment to maintaining an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Ability to tailor instruction to varied learning needs
Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching certification or eligibility for certification
Previous classroom teaching experience (optional)
Experience teaching diverse student populations
