Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide personalized academic tutoring that supports students’ learning objectives, strengthens their subject knowledge, and builds confidence. You will deliver engaging lessons, adapt your teaching style to individual needs, and ensure a positive learning experience.

• Deliver one-on-one or small-group academic lessons in your subject area.
• Develop customized learning plans based on each student’s goals and progress.
• Assess student performance and adjust teaching strategies to support improvement.
• Create clear explanations, examples, and practice activities to reinforce understanding.
• Communicate regularly with students to encourage discipline, motivation, and learning continuity.
• Maintain professional and timely communication through the Superprof platform.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong knowledge in your chosen academic subject (e.g., Math, Science, Languages, Humanities).
• Previous tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
