Role and Responsibilities:

As a K12 Instructional Teacher, you will create and deliver instruction that drives student growth and achievement. You will foster a supportive classroom environment, utilize student data to guide teaching, and actively participate in a high-performing school culture.

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
Assess student progress using both formative and summative evaluations.
Analyze learning data to adjust teaching strategies and improve outcomes.
Establish a structured, inclusive classroom that encourages high expectations.
Provide timely, constructive feedback to support student development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, instructional leaders, and families to promote student success.
Engage in ongoing professional development, coaching, and school-wide initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
Proven ability to deliver effective K–12 classroom instruction.
Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
Experience using student data to refine instructional practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Commitment to educational equity and student achievement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching certification or eligibility for certification.
