Role and Responsibilities:

As a Classroom Lead Teacher, you will oversee classroom instruction by planning and facilitating engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth. You will ensure a structured and nurturing learning environment while managing daily classroom activities and monitoring progress.

Develop and implement curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards
Lead engaging and interactive activities that encourage cognitive, social, and emotional development
Plan and coordinate classroom experiences that support developmental milestones
Maintain a safe, supervised, and child-centered classroom environment at all times
Observe, assess, and document children’s developmental progress
Create and sustain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere
Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with parents and families

Required Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues
Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, teamwork, and enthusiasm for early childhood education
Experience planning and delivering educational activities for young children
Ability to maintain a structured, safe, and engaging classroom environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Previous experience in a lead teaching or classroom leadership role
Background in childcare, education, customer service, healthcare, retail, or other roles focused on working with people

Hourly compensation ranging from USD $17.00 to USD $18.50
