Role and Responsibilities:

As an Substitute Classroom Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting daily classroom instruction and helping create a safe, engaging, and productive learning environment. You will work across various classroom settings, follow established lesson plans, and adhere to school guidelines to promote effective student learning outcomes.

Support classroom instruction by assisting the lead teacher or acting teacher as directed.
Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
Follow assigned lesson plans, classroom routines, and school procedures.
Assist students with learning activities, assignments, and classroom tasks.
Manage classroom behavior in accordance with established school policies.
Supervise students during instructional time and non-instructional periods.
Communicate clearly and professionally with school staff regarding classroom activities and student needs.
Adapt efficiently to different school environments and classroom expectations.

High school diploma or equivalent.
