Assistant Teacher

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in implementing the curriculum and classroom activities.
• Support a safe, clean, and nurturing learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.
• Collaborate with team members to create an engaging classroom atmosphere.
• Communicate with parents about children's daily activities and progress.
• Help facilitate learning through play-based and structured activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Passion for early childhood education and child care.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in an educational setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
• Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting.
