Role and Responsibilities:

As a Certified Swimming Instructor, your role will be to offer personalized swimming lessons that are crafted to suit each student’s individual progress and learning speed. You will create a positive and secure learning space, tracking the students' advancements while supporting their continuous improvement in swimming.

• Design and implement individualized swimming lesson plans for students at different skill levels and ages.
• Instruct on key swimming strokes, such as freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
• Guide students in water safety practices and help them gain confidence in aquatic settings.
• Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skill development.
• Engage students with a variety of drills, exercises, and challenges to solidify swimming techniques.
• Communicate with students and parents to set learning goals and track progress.
• Keep updated on the latest best practices in swimming instruction and water safety protocols.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Comprehensive understanding of swimming techniques and water safety practices.
• Experience teaching swimming to learners of various ages and skill levels.
• Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs.
• Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage lesson schedules and track student development.
• Knowledge of pool regulations and experience in maintaining a safe swimming environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in lifeguarding, swimming instruction, or water safety.
• Experience in competitive swimming coaching or preparing students for swim tests.
• Educational background in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related discipline.
