Role and Responsibilities:

You will design and deliver engaging physical education and enrichment programs that support students’ physical development, coordination, and social skills. You will create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits.

Plan and deliver age-appropriate physical education and enrichment activities
Promote physical fitness, motor skills development, and healthy habits
Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive student engagement
Maintain a safe and structured learning environment during activities
Adapt lesson plans to meet diverse student needs and abilities
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with teaching staff to support overall student development
Ensure equipment and activity spaces are used safely and appropriately

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Physical Education, or a related field
Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings
Strong understanding of physical education principles and child development
Ability to manage classroom and group activity environments effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create engaging, inclusive, and structured activity plans

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in school-based physical education or enrichment programs
Familiarity with early childhood or elementary education environments
Certification in first aid or CPR (if applicable to role requirements)
Experience in coaching, youth sports, or extracurricular activity leadership
