Role and Responsibilities:

As a Geometry Teacher at Superprof, you will deliver one-on-one lessons that cater to each student’s individual learning requirements. You will simplify challenging topics, guide students in solving problems, and build their confidence in mathematics.

• Provide tailored geometry tutoring for students with varying levels of proficiency.
• Explain complex geometric concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with each student’s learning goals and style.
• Assist students in problem-solving and enhancing analytical skills.
• Prepare learners for exams, assignments, and assessments through focused review and practice.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Create a motivating and supportive learning environment to boost confidence.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Comprehensive understanding of geometry, including Euclidean and coordinate geometry, theorems, and proofs.
• Proven experience in teaching or tutoring mathematics, especially geometry.
• Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to learners of different ages and skill levels.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to student success.
• Track record of improving student performance in mathematics.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and proficiency with online teaching platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience teaching or tutoring at high school or college level.
• Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Familiarity with interactive teaching tools and online learning platforms.
• Experience in standardized test preparation, such as SAT or ACT.
