Union County Public Schools is seeking applicants for a Boys Soccer Coach at Union County High School for the 2024-25 school year.

The district has developed key areas upon which applicants will be assessed; these dispositions include the following indicators:

• Stability– demonstrates maturity and ability for the position
• Attitude toward work– appears to be dedicated to and enthusiastic, positive, and creative towards the demands of the position.
• Attitude toward schools– Displays a willingness to cooperate with parents and other shareholders
• Attitude toward community relations– Projects a positive attitude toward promoting the school programs within the community.
• Ability to relate to students– Has leadership ability to work successfully with participants.
• Student Management– Demonstrates effective discipline, motivation, and proper supervision.
• Attitude toward school activities– Demonstrates a willingness to support school activities in his/her work.
• Professionalism and personal relationships– Develops respect by example in appearance, manners, behavior, language, and conduct.
• Communication skills– Communicates effectively.

Certified employee preferred. If not a certified employee, para-professionals (coaches) must pass the Kentucky Paraeducator Assessment or provide proof of a minimum of 48 college hours.
