Role and Responsibilities:

As a On-Call Teacher, you will take on classroom assignments across different districts to keep instruction moving forward when the regular teacher is unavailable. This role provides opportunities to build teaching experience, maintain a flexible schedule, and contribute to student learning.

Implement daily lesson plans and deliver the instructional material provided by the classroom teacher.
Explain subjects clearly, respond to student questions, and help learners stay on task.
Foster a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment.
Report any injuries, illnesses, or serious behavior issues to school administrators.
Assist students with academic or personal needs as directed, supporting an inclusive environment for all learners.

Required Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED.
Certified educators are welcome to apply, though prior teaching experience is not required.
