Preschool Lead Teacher

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Preschool Lead Teacher, you will guide classroom learning by developing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate curriculum that supports children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development. You will foster a safe and positive classroom environment while leading daily activities and tracking student progress.

• Design and implement curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards
• Lead creative learning activities that encourage cognitive, social, and emotional growth
• Organize and deliver classroom experiences that support key developmental milestones
• Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of all children at all times
• Monitor, evaluate, and document each child’s developmental progress
• Establish and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment
• Collaborate with teaching staff and communicate effectively with parents and families

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field
• Strong communication skills for interacting with children, families, and team members
• Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, teamwork, and enthusiasm for early childhood education
• Experience planning and delivering educational activities for young learners
• Ability to maintain a structured, safe, and engaging classroom environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Previous experience in a lead teaching or classroom leadership role
• Background in childcare, education, customer service, healthcare, retail, or other people-focused roles
