Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will create and lead dance lessons tailored to help students improve their abilities and grow their self-confidence in different dance styles. Your lessons will be customized to meet each student's unique learning needs, ensuring consistent progress and achievement.

Develop and instruct dance lessons in styles such as ballet, hip-hop, contemporary, and salsa, catering to a variety of skill levels.
Monitor students’ progress and provide detailed, constructive feedback to help refine their techniques.
Motivate students using creative and interactive teaching approaches to foster engagement and excitement.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and age groups.
Ensure a positive and safe learning environment during both in-person and online sessions.
Collaborate with students and their families to set educational goals and track progress.
Stay informed on current trends and methodologies in dance to keep lessons innovative and effective.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a dance instructor, tutor, or performer.
Strong knowledge of various dance techniques and styles.
Ability to design and implement effective lesson plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students of all ages.
Basic understanding of online teaching platforms and video conferencing tools.
Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for mentoring students.

Preferred Qualifications:

Formal certification or training in one or more dance disciplines.
Experience teaching group classes or conducting workshops.
