Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will create and lead dance lessons tailored to help students improve their abilities and grow their self-confidence in different dance styles. Your lessons will be customized to meet each student's unique learning needs, ensuring consistent progress and achievement.

• Develop and instruct dance lessons in styles such as ballet, hip-hop, contemporary, and salsa, catering to a variety of skill levels.
• Monitor students’ progress and provide detailed, constructive feedback to help refine their techniques.
• Motivate students using creative and interactive teaching approaches to foster engagement and excitement.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and age groups.
• Ensure a positive and safe learning environment during both in-person and online sessions.
• Collaborate with students and their families to set educational goals and track progress.
• Stay informed on current trends and methodologies in dance to keep lessons innovative and effective.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a dance instructor, tutor, or performer.
• Strong knowledge of various dance techniques and styles.
• Ability to design and implement effective lesson plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students of all ages.
• Basic understanding of online teaching platforms and video conferencing tools.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for mentoring students.

Preferred Qualifications:
