Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction and build a classroom culture that encourages curiosity, respect, and growth. You will collaborate with colleagues to design and implement educational activities that support student learning and development.

Develop and implement effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Provide targeted instruction tailored to diverse student needs
Monitor and assess student progress using both formal and informal assessments
Communicate with students, families, and colleagues to support academic success
Collaborate with fellow teachers to create interdisciplinary learning opportunities
Participate in professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and colleagues effectively
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the varied needs of students
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching certification or eligibility for certification
Previous teaching experience (optional)
Experience working with diverse student populations
