Lead Infant Teacher

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care that supports infants' physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

• Monitor and support each child's individual learning and developmental needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for nurturing, educating, and supporting young children.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
• Experience working in early childhood education, childcare, or preschool settings preferred.
• Knowledge of child development and infant care practices.
• Required Early Childhood Education coursework, including Infant/Toddler care units.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Infant Teacher, Early Childhood Educator, or Childcare Teacher.
• Formal training or certification in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Strong understanding of infant development milestones and caregiving practices.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
