Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will plan and execute engaging, standards-aligned lessons while nurturing a classroom environment that values curiosity, respect, and continuous learning. You will collaborate with fellow educators to implement teaching strategies that advance student growth and academic success.

Plan and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture
Provide differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs
Track and assess student progress using both formal and informal evaluations
Communicate with students, families, and staff to support learning outcomes
Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary learning experiences
Engage in professional development and participate in school-wide initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage students and team members
Dedication to maintaining an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Capacity to adapt instruction for varied learning styles
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching certification or eligibility for certification
Previous classroom teaching experience (optional)
