Role and Responsibilities:

In this position, you will create and implement engaging lessons aligned with educational standards while promoting a respectful and stimulating classroom environment. You will collaborate with colleagues to apply instructional strategies that enhance student learning and overall development.

Design and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture
Differentiate instruction to support students with diverse learning needs
Monitor and evaluate student progress using formal and informal methods
Communicate with students, families, and staff to support academic achievement
Collaborate with educators to develop interdisciplinary learning opportunities
Participate in professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and peers
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Ability to adapt instruction to varied learning styles
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple responsibilities efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching certification or eligibility for certification
Prior classroom teaching experience (optional)
Experience working with diverse student populations
