Role and Responsibilities:

As a Geometry Instructor at Superprof, you will conduct personalized online lessons that address each student’s unique learning needs. You will simplify complex geometry topics, assist with problem-solving, and boost students’ confidence in mathematics.

Deliver customized geometry lessons for learners at various proficiency levels.
Break down intricate geometric concepts into clear, comprehensible explanations.
Create lesson plans tailored to individual learning objectives and styles.
Guide students in solving geometry problems and enhancing analytical abilities.
Prepare students for exams, assignments, and other assessments through focused review and practice.
Track student progress and offer constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
Maintain a supportive and encouraging learning environment to build confidence.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong knowledge of geometry, including Euclidean and coordinate geometry, theorems, and proofs.
Proven experience teaching or tutoring mathematics, particularly geometry.
Ability to explain complex concepts effectively to students of different ages and skill levels.
Patience, enthusiasm, and dedication to student success.
Demonstrated ability to improve student performance in mathematics.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
Reliable internet connection and proficiency with online teaching tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience teaching or tutoring at the high school or college level.
Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related discipline.
Familiarity with interactive teaching platforms and educational technology tools.
Experience in standardized test preparation, such as SAT or ACT.
