Role and Responsibilities:

You will support lead teachers and classroom teams in creating a positive, safe, and engaging early learning environment that encourages children’s growth and development. You will actively participate in daily classroom activities, promote learning experiences, and ensure children’s well-being at all times.

Support and lead innovative learning activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and social development in children
Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of children throughout daily activities
Assist in monitoring and documenting children’s progress and developmental milestones
Collaborate with teachers across classrooms to maintain a positive and harmonious learning environment
Help create engaging classroom experiences that encourage participation and curiosity
Support classroom organization, routines, and daily transitions smoothly
Contribute to a welcoming environment where children and educators feel supported and valued

Required Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required
Passion for working with children in early childhood education settings
Experience in a certified child development center (preferred but not mandatory)
Prior experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children is an advantage
Ability to use basic office technology such as laptops and tablets
Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom support skills

Preferred Qualifications:

CDA (Child Development Associate) or ECT certification
Background in customer service, healthcare, retail, or other child-focused roles
Experience supporting multiple classrooms or early learning environments
Understanding of early childhood development principles
