Role and Responsibilities:

You will support the lead teacher in delivering engaging lesson plans and ensuring a positive classroom experience for primary school students. You will help manage classroom activities, reinforce learning objectives, and contribute to student development through structured academic and behavioral support.

Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering age-appropriate lesson activities aligned with curriculum standards.
Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, respectful, and organized learning environment.
Help assess student progress through observation, assignments, and informal evaluations.
Provide individualized support to students who require additional academic or behavioral assistance.
Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and school events to ensure safety and engagement.
Prepare instructional materials, learning aids, and classroom resources as needed.
Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents to support student development.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in a classroom or childcare setting is an advantage.
Strong understanding of primary education principles and child development practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques.
Basic proficiency in educational tools and classroom management systems.
Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with young learners.

Preferred Qualifications:

Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or teaching credential.
Experience working in Montessori or structured early learning environments.
Familiarity with digital learning tools and interactive classroom technologies.
