Role and Responsibilities:

As a Geometry Instructor at Superprof, you will conduct personalized online lessons that address each student’s unique learning needs. You will simplify complex geometry topics, assist with problem-solving, and boost students’ confidence in mathematics.

• Deliver customized geometry lessons for learners at various proficiency levels.
• Break down intricate geometric concepts into clear, comprehensible explanations.
• Create lesson plans tailored to individual learning objectives and styles.
• Guide students in solving geometry problems and enhancing analytical abilities.
• Prepare students for exams, assignments, and other assessments through focused review and practice.
• Track student progress and offer constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
• Maintain a supportive and encouraging learning environment to build confidence.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong knowledge of geometry, including Euclidean and coordinate geometry, theorems, and proofs.
• Proven experience teaching or tutoring mathematics, particularly geometry.
• Ability to explain complex concepts effectively to students of different ages and skill levels.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and dedication to student success.
• Demonstrated ability to improve student performance in mathematics.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
• Reliable internet connection and proficiency with online teaching tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience teaching or tutoring at the high school or college level.
• Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with interactive teaching platforms and educational technology tools.
• Experience in standardized test preparation, such as SAT or ACT.
