Role and Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment for kindergarten-aged children.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities using provided curriculum resources.
• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through engaging classroom experiences.
• Use positive behavioral guidance strategies to encourage appropriate classroom behavior and maintain a structured learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff members to build a supportive educational community.
• Observe and support individual learning needs while encouraging independence, confidence, and curiosity.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and educational standards at all times.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Passion for nurturing, educating, and supporting young children.
• Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with families and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in early childhood education, preschool, or kindergarten settings.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early education.
• Experience supporting children's social and emotional development.
• Additional professional development or training in early childhood education is preferred.
