Infant Teacher

Position Overview:

The Learning Experience is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Infant Teacher to create a joyful and engaging environment for young learners. This role focuses on supporting early childhood development through structured curriculum, hands-on learning, and compassionate care, helping children build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a role model by fostering a positive and growth-oriented learning environment.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum in a way that meets the developmental needs of infants and young children.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and daily activities.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve center goals.
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 6 months of professional teaching experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Understanding of Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of professional teaching experience.
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children.
