Role and Responsibilities:

As a Early Childhood Lead Teacher, you will oversee classroom instruction by creating and facilitating engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development. You will maintain a structured and nurturing classroom while leading daily learning activities and tracking each child’s progress.

Develop and deliver curriculum aligned with early childhood education guidelines
Facilitate interactive learning experiences that support cognitive, social, and emotional growth
Plan and manage classroom activities that align with developmental milestones
Maintain a safe, secure, and supervised environment for all children
Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and development
Create and sustain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Work collaboratively with team members and maintain open communication with parents and families

Required Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field
Effective communication skills to engage with children, families, and colleagues
Demonstrated patience, creativity, teamwork, and passion for early childhood learning
Experience designing and implementing educational activities for young children
Ability to maintain a well-organized, safe, and engaging classroom setting

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline
Prior experience in a lead teacher or classroom leadership position
Experience in childcare, education, customer service, healthcare, retail, or other roles focused on working with people

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly pay ranging from USD $17.00 to USD $18.50
