Role and Responsibilities:

As a Pre-K Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum while supporting the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children. You will lead classroom activities, ensure student safety, and create a positive learning environment that encourages growth and collaboration.

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
Plan and lead engaging learning activities that promote developmental growth
Monitor and assess children’s progress and document developmental milestones
Ensure the safety, well-being, and supervision of children at all times
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment for students and staff
Collaborate with fellow teachers and communicate effectively with parents
Foster a harmonious atmosphere that supports daily engagement and learning

Required Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with parents and staff
Ability to demonstrate patience, collaboration, creativity, and passion for early childhood education
Commitment to creating a safe and nurturing learning environment

Preferred Qualifications:

AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or a related field
T4 Certification
2+ years of experience in early childhood education or a related field
Experience in fields such as customer service, healthcare, or retail is considered valuable

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay range: USD $30,949.86 - USD $83,480.00 per year
