Role and Responsibilities:

You will provide classroom coverage and deliver instructional support by following lesson plans and maintaining a productive learning environment. This role requires adaptability, classroom management, and effective communication to support student success.

Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure continuity of instruction
Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive, structured learning environment
Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and breaks
Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
Communicate clearly with students, staff, and administration
Ensure classroom safety and follow school policies and procedures
Provide feedback to the regular teacher regarding student progress and classroom activities

Required Skills and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant education or teaching experience preferred
Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Ability to follow lesson plans and adapt to different teaching environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency with classroom technology and educational tools
Ability to work with students of varying ages and learning levels

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a teaching or childcare role
Familiarity with early childhood or K-12 education environments
Relevant certifications or training in education or child development
Experience supporting diverse learning needs
