Brevard High School is seeking an experienced and dynamicHead Varsity Volleyball Coachto lead our successful program.

We're looking for a passionate coach who can inspire athletes, build on our winning culture, and uphold high moral and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive, competitive volleyball program.

• Plan and conduct effective practices.

• Foster academic success and character development.

• Manage program budget and fundraising.

• Cultivate positive relationships with athletes, parents, and school staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven high school (or higher) volleyball coaching experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of rules, strategies, and training.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
