Role and Responsibilities:

As a Yoga Private Tutor, you will design and deliver personalized yoga sessions for students of all experience levels. Your role will focus on guiding students through yoga poses, improving flexibility, and fostering relaxation techniques while ensuring safety and alignment. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing tailored yoga lesson plans based on students’ goals, abilities, and experience level.
• Teaching various styles of yoga (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative) to address individual student needs.
• Providing clear, detailed instructions on proper alignment, breathing techniques, and posture.
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting lessons to ensure continuous improvement and safety.
• Creating a welcoming and supportive learning environment that promotes physical and mental well-being.
• Offering guidance on mindfulness and meditation practices, if requested by students.
• Communicating regularly with students or their parents to assess progress and adapt the lesson plan accordingly.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Certified yoga instructor with training from a recognized yoga school (e.g., RYT 200 or RYT 500).
• Experience teaching yoga to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
• Knowledge of various yoga styles, postures, and techniques.
• Strong verbal communication skills to effectively demonstrate and explain yoga poses and breathing exercises.
• Ability to assess individual student needs and adjust classes accordingly to maximize their benefits.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a comfortable, non-judgmental space for students.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet space for conducting online lessons (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., prenatal yoga, yoga therapy, mindfulness).
• Experience in teaching group yoga classes, workshops, or retreats.
• Fluency in additional languages (helpful for teaching international students).
