Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will design and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons while fostering a respectful and dynamic classroom. You will work alongside fellow educators to implement instructional strategies that promote student growth and achievement.

Create and deliver lesson plans that meet curriculum standards
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom atmosphere
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs
Monitor and assess student progress through formal and informal evaluations
Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff to support learning outcomes
Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary learning experiences
Engage in professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging students and colleagues
Commitment to an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Ability to tailor instruction to different learning styles
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching certification or eligibility for certification
Previous classroom teaching experience (optional)
Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds
