This role is a full-time, in-person teaching position within the network’s 59 schools.

Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will contribute to students’ academic advancement and personal growth by delivering a structured curriculum, tracking learning progress, and creating an engaging, supportive classroom setting. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and facilitate standards-aligned lessons that promote academic rigor and raise student performance.
• Assess student work through assignments, assessments, and daily observations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a focused and respectful learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, school leaders, and staff to improve academic outcomes and support broader school goals.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents and guardians to offer academic updates and align on strategies that support student growth.
• Participate in professional learning, coaching, and training sessions to enhance instructional skills and support continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a rigorous academic discipline such as biology, chemistry, history, mathematics, English, or engineering.
• Ability to manage and lead a classroom of 20 or more students while sustaining a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to maintaining high academic expectations and nurturing student growth.
• Enthusiasm for the subject area and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching experience is valuable but not required.
• Background in data-driven instructional practices and the ability to analyze academic outcomes to support student improvement.
• Comfort working with educational technology and digital tools that enrich classroom learning.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual starting salary of $65,000.
