Role and Responsibilities:

As a High School Teacher at Success Academy, you will play a critical role in the academic growth and personal development of your students. You will be responsible for implementing a proven curriculum, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment. Key responsibilities include:

Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons that challenge students and promote their academic growth.
Assess student progress through regular assignments, tests, and observations, providing timely feedback to help students improve.
Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies that foster a productive and respectful learning environment.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and school leadership to continuously improve student outcomes and ensure alignment with school goals.
Engage with parents and guardians to share students' progress and work collaboratively to support student success.
Participate in professional development and coaching sessions to improve instructional skills and grow as a leader.

Required Skills and Experience:

A bachelor's degree is required, with a rigorous academic major (e.g., biology, chemistry, history, mathematics, English, engineering, etc.).
Ability to manage a classroom of 20+ students and create an environment conducive to learning.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Commitment to high standards of student achievement and personal development.
Passion for content and a desire to continuously improve and grow as a teacher.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
Experience with data-driven instruction and analyzing student performance to improve learning outcomes.
Familiarity with classroom technologies and tools for enhancing instruction.
