Role and Responsibilities:

As a Certified Teacher at Success Academy, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards while nurturing a respectful and dynamic classroom. You will work closely with fellow educators to implement instructional approaches that enhance learning outcomes and student growth.

Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to curriculum requirements
Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
Assess and monitor student progress using both formal and informal methods
Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff to support academic achievement
Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary learning opportunities
Participate in professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging students and peers
Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching certification or eligibility for certification
