Copilot Careers is currently hiring Educational Support Aide for immediate openings across multiple school districts. In this position, you will work with classroom instructors and help maintain a productive learning environment so students continue receiving academic guidance throughout the day.

Role and Responsibilities:

Educational Support Aide help keep classrooms organized and supportive when regular staff members are absent. You will assist with instruction, daily routines, and student engagement to ensure learning continues smoothly.

• Guide students in completing assignments and help reinforce classroom expectations.
• Provide academic support by answering questions and assisting with classwork.
• Promote respectful behavior and contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Follow teacher lesson plans and support scheduled instructional activities.
• Supervise students in non-classroom settings such as recess, lunch, hallways, or school events.
• Help organize supplies, prepare materials, and support general classroom needs.
• Assist students with special needs under the direction of teachers or administrators.
• Report illnesses, accidents, or behavioral concerns to appropriate school personnel.
• Perform additional duties assigned to support daily school operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience working with children or in a school environment is helpful but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to support classroom order and maintain a positive environment.
• Patience, flexibility, and comfort working with diverse student groups.
• Basic understanding of classroom routines and instructional support.
• A genuine interest in helping students learn and grow.
• Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
