Role and Responsibilities:

As a K12 Teacher, you will plan and deliver rigorous instruction that fosters student growth and achievement. You will create a positive learning environment, utilize data to guide instruction, and contribute to a high-performing school culture.

Design and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
Evaluate student learning using formative and summative assessments.
Analyze academic data to refine instructional strategies and enhance student outcomes.
Maintain a structured, inclusive classroom that sets high expectations for all students.
Provide timely feedback to support student learning and development.
Collaborate with colleagues, instructional leaders, and families to promote student success.
Engage in professional development, coaching, and school-wide initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
Proven ability to deliver effective instruction in a K–12 classroom setting.
Strong classroom management and student engagement capabilities.
Experience analyzing student data and adapting instruction accordingly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Dedication to educational equity and promoting student achievement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching certification or eligibility for certification.
Experience in high-performing or mission-driven school environments.
Demonstrated success in improving student academic outcomes.
