Role and Responsibilities:

As a Elementary and Secondary Teacher, you will plan and deliver high-quality instruction that promotes student growth. You will create a positive classroom environment, use data to inform teaching practices, and contribute to a culture of high performance.

Design and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
Monitor and evaluate student learning through formative and summative assessments.
Analyze academic data to refine instructional methods and improve outcomes.
Maintain an organized, inclusive classroom that fosters high expectations for all students.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student development.
Collaborate with colleagues, instructional leaders, and families to enhance student success.
Participate in professional development, coaching, and school-wide initiatives.
Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and dedication to continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
Proven ability to deliver effective instruction in a K–12 classroom setting.
Strong skills in classroom management and student engagement.
Experience analyzing student data to guide instruction.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Commitment to educational equity and student achievement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching certification or eligibility for certification.
Experience in high-performing or mission-driven school environments.
Proven track record of improving student academic performance.
