Role and Responsibilities:

As a Spanish Teacher, you will design and deliver individualized lessons to meet the specific learning needs of each student. You will create an encouraging environment that fosters engagement and progress in Spanish language acquisition.

• Develop tailored lesson plans that address the varied proficiency levels of students in Spanish.
• Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions focused on improving students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Spanish.
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Promote active learning through interactive activities and real-world conversations.
• Maintain open communication with students and their families to ensure alignment on academic goals and expectations.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in teaching strategies and Spanish language education resources.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Fluency in Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience teaching or tutoring Spanish as a second or foreign language.
• Ability to craft engaging, customized lesson plans that cater to each student's learning needs.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage lesson schedules and delivery.
• Comfortable using digital platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools for virtual lessons.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Experience working with students of all ages, from children to adults.
• Familiarity with various assessment techniques and tools to track and measure student progress effectively.
