Role and Responsibilities:

As a Certified Teacher at Success Academy, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards while nurturing a respectful and dynamic classroom. You will work closely with fellow educators to implement instructional approaches that enhance learning outcomes and student growth.

• Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to curriculum requirements
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Assess and monitor student progress using both formal and informal methods
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff to support academic achievement
• Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary learning opportunities
• Participate in professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging students and peers
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching certification or eligibility for certification
• Previous classroom teaching experience (optional)
