Role and Responsibilities:

As a Dance Instructor, your role involves creating and delivering dance lessons aimed at helping students enhance their skills and build confidence in various dance styles. Design and lead lessons in different dance styles such as ballet, hip-hop, contemporary, and salsa for learners of various skill levels.
Track and evaluate students' progress, offering constructive feedback to refine their techniques.
Inspire and engage students through innovative and interactive teaching methods.
Adjust teaching strategies to suit different learning styles and age groups.
Foster a positive, safe, and motivating environment for both in-person and virtual lessons.
Collaborate with students and their families to define learning objectives and track progress.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in dance education to ensure lesson quality and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience as a dance instructor, tutor, or performer with a solid background in teaching.
Comprehensive knowledge of different dance techniques and styles.
Ability to create well-structured lesson plans and organize sessions effectively.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage students of various age groups.
Basic familiarity with online teaching tools and video conferencing software.
Patience, adaptability, and a strong enthusiasm for guiding students through their learning journey.

Preferred Qualifications:

Formal training or certification in one or more dance styles.
Experience in teaching group classes or leading workshops.
Knowledge of choreography and experience in preparing students for dance performances.
