Role and Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment for toddler-aged children.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities using provided curriculum resources.
• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through daily interactions and activities.
• Manage classroom behavior positively and maintain a structured learning environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
• Observe and support individual learning needs while encouraging independence and confidence.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and ongoing training programs.
• Follow all health, safety, and operational policies and procedures.
