Role and Responsibilities:

As an Enrichment Spanish Teacher, you will design and deliver engaging Spanish language enrichment activities that support early childhood development. You will create a positive and nurturing classroom environment while ensuring the safety and well-being of all children. This role focuses on planning interactive lessons, monitoring developmental progress, and fostering a love for language learning.

Develop and implement age-appropriate Spanish enrichment curriculum and activities
Lead innovative learning experiences that support cognitive, social, and emotional development
Ensure a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment at all times
Monitor, assess, and document children’s learning progress and development
Create engaging classroom experiences that encourage participation and curiosity
Collaborate with fellow educators to maintain a harmonious and productive learning environment

Required Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma required
1 year of experience preferred in education, childcare, or related fields
Completion of 45 DCF hours preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Patience, nurturing attitude, and genuine interest in child development
Ability to engage young learners through creative and interactive teaching methods

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children in educational or enrichment settings
Background in language instruction or Spanish language exposure
Experience in roles such as childcare, customer service, healthcare, retail, or similar people-focused environments
