Paraprofessional

Placentino Elementary (PreK- grade 2) is looking for a part-time Paraprofessional to join our amazing staff. Paraprofessionals implement special education or related services for a class and/or provide direct assistance to students. Duties will vary depending upon the age of students and on the nature and severity of the student’s needs.

This position is 3.5 hours per day (7:40 am-11:10 am).

Public School employees of Massachusetts are required to submit their fingerprints to a National Criminal Database check. The check will require you to pay a fee of $35. In addition to the national background check, a satisfactory Massachusetts Criminal Record Check (CORI) is required.
