Position: ELP Teacher- Emphasis on K- 5

Start Date:2025–26 School YearStarting Salary:Approx. $50,000 (BA, Step 0, based on 2025–26 salary schedule)

Required Qualifications:

• Must hold or be eligible to obtain an

  Iowa teaching license

• Must have or be working toward a

  K–12 Talented and Gifted Endorsement

Knowledge, Skills & Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development and implementation of

  Personalized Education Plans

• Designing engaging, enriched instruction tailored to advanced learners

• Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to meet student needs

• Monitoring and communicating student progress and achievement

• Contributing to professional learning communities and program planning
