Job DescriptionDMPS is searching for teachers for the 26-27 school year. Individuals hired at this time will work with Human Resource to determine a placement closer to the start of the 26-27 school year. Individuals with any special education endorsement are encouraged to apply, as are those willing to obtain conditional licensure.
Posted salary ranges come from the 25-26 salary schedule. The 26-27 salary schedule has not yet been approved.

BASIC FUNCTION:Responsible for planning and delivering a high-quality educational program to meet children’s academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs. The special education teacher is a partner with the guardian and support team in developing, implementing, and monitoring the student Individual Education Plan (IEP).
