Lead Preschool Educator

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Lead Preschool Educator, you will manage classroom instruction by planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lessons that enhance children’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth. You will ensure a structured and nurturing environment while guiding daily classroom activities and monitoring student development.

• Create and implement curriculum in alignment with early childhood education standards
• Lead interactive and creative activities that foster cognitive, social, and emotional development
• Plan and coordinate classroom experiences that support developmental milestones
• Maintain a secure, supervised, and child-focused learning environment at all times
• Track, evaluate, and document each child’s developmental progress
• Build and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere
• Partner with colleagues and communicate consistently with parents and families

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related area
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with children, families, and team members
• Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, collaboration, and a passion for early education
• Experience developing and facilitating educational activities for young children
• Ability to maintain an organized, safe, and engaging classroom environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience in a lead teacher or classroom management role
• Background in childcare, education, customer service, healthcare, retail, or other roles involving direct interaction with people

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly compensation ranging from USD $17.00 to USD $18.50
