Lead Pre-Kindergarten Educator

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Lead Pre-Kindergarten Educator, you will lead classroom instruction by planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development. You will maintain a structured and nurturing classroom environment while overseeing daily activities and tracking student progress.

• Design and deliver curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards
• Guide interactive and creative learning activities that support cognitive, social, and emotional growth
• Plan and organize classroom experiences that align with key developmental milestones
• Ensure a safe, supervised, and child-focused environment at all times
• Monitor, assess, and document each child’s developmental progress
• Promote and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom setting
• Collaborate with colleagues and maintain consistent communication with parents and families

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and team members
• Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, teamwork, and enthusiasm for early childhood education
• Experience planning and implementing educational activities for young children
• Ability to maintain a well-structured, safe, and engaging classroom environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Previous experience in a lead teaching or classroom leadership role
• Experience in childcare, education, customer service, healthcare, retail, or other people-centered roles

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage ranging from USD $17.00 to USD $18.50
