Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide tailored arithmetic instruction to students, ensuring they grasp foundational mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques. You will monitor progress, adjust teaching methods, and create an inspiring learning environment that fosters curiosity and confidence in mathematics.

Design and deliver customized arithmetic lessons for students of diverse ages and skill levels
Assess student comprehension and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
Explain mathematical concepts clearly using practical examples to improve understanding
Track student progress and maintain detailed records of lessons and achievements
Prepare students for tests, quizzes, and other academic evaluations
Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages problem-solving
Incorporate educational tools and resources to make lessons interactive and effective

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong understanding of arithmetic concepts including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals
Experience tutoring or teaching mathematics, particularly arithmetic
Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching approaches to different learning styles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational skills to plan lessons and track student progress effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
