Role and Responsibilities:

Provide care and education for infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months.
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
Use activities such as singing, dancing, storytelling, and guided play to encourage learning.
Build positive relationships with children and families.
Follow daily lesson plans and curriculum provided through the Balanced Learning approach.
Maintain classroom health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Collaborate with school leadership and fellow teachers to support student success.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience working with infants in a childcare, school, or private caregiving setting.
Strong understanding of infant developmental needs.
Ability to provide compassionate and attentive care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Dependability, patience, and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in early childhood education or infant care.
Childcare center or preschool experience.
Relevant early childhood education coursework or certifications.

Life experience caring for infants and young children is highly valued.
