Role and Responsibilities:

As a Lead Preschool Educator, you will manage classroom instruction by planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lessons that enhance children’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth. You will ensure a structured and nurturing environment while guiding daily classroom activities and monitoring student development.

Create and implement curriculum in alignment with early childhood education standards
Lead interactive and creative activities that foster cognitive, social, and emotional development
Plan and coordinate classroom experiences that support developmental milestones
Maintain a secure, supervised, and child-focused learning environment at all times
Track, evaluate, and document each child’s developmental progress
Build and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere
Partner with colleagues and communicate consistently with parents and families

Required Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related area
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with children, families, and team members
Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, collaboration, and a passion for early education
Experience developing and facilitating educational activities for young children
Ability to maintain an organized, safe, and engaging classroom environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Experience in a lead teacher or classroom management role
Background in childcare, education, customer service, healthcare, retail, or other roles involving direct interaction with people

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly compensation ranging from USD $17.00 to USD $18.50
